Amazon Area Manager interview questions

The first round was great! The recruiter just gave a brief introduction, and the entire interview was no pressure at all. It felt just like chatting. it's been three day after I had the interview, I'm still waiting for the chance next round.

Interview is heavily based on the leadership principles and the STAR Method. Overall very easy questions and no technical questions are asked. There were 3 rounds about 45 min each that were all conducted back to back over zoom. Interviews are done with Operations Managers (L6+) and HR representatives individually.
