I applied online, then got an email saying they'd like to interview me. I had an initial phone call interview that was very easy -- just "walk me through your resume" "tell me about yourself" etc. Then, a few days later, they scheduled 2 back-to-back phone calls for the next week. Those were more technical -- they had me talk about how I would solve a certain issue and for definitions of certain terms.
