2 month ordeal for a position that has been open for 7 months. I was supposed to do a phone screening but when the interview started it was an advanced SQL test that I wasn't prepared for nor advised that I would be taking one.

No interview question. Just straight into an Advanced SQL test.
Simple. A STAR method and then some leetcode. Very laid back on this team and had an overall relaxed interview. Had a phone screen, then met with the HM, then talked to 3 people on the team
I passed all panel interviews. I received the verbal offer from the recruiter but then she ghosted me for several days, then few days later i was told the offer was given to an internal candidate instead. What a shame.
