Written test then Manager round then Hr round. Written test consists of grammer, typing, etc. Manager round consists of prev work exp. Hr round consists of salaries discussions. Selected after HR round.
1. Online test - they check pronunciation too
2. Virtual interview - basic questions like tell me about yourself, explain the project, how you handled a problem, leadership principles of the company
2 interviews, pretty average questions, very little stimulation of the person that is taking the interview.
I felt like they were putting so much accent on the previous experience even if its a job for newbies. Kinda dissapointed.
