I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
I have given 3 interviews and 1st one was upto the panel level in seatle. Didnt get any offer. After that i kept applying and after 2 yrs got call for screening. But the experience was horrible. It was not really an interview it was more like and enquiry that if I am lying. The interviewer in both 2 and 3rd were asking questions and were not even listening. I felt like i am in a TSA interview. Also 2nd and 3rd Screening were 1 yr apart and for different roles.
I think they are judging me way before the interview started based on the history they have of my very 1st interview and then the 3rd interview had failure data from 1st and 2nd. So based on this it looks like I cannot apply to amazon anymore and my advice to all of you is that, be very sure with the recruiter about the requirements because i think the recruiter and the interviewers are not closely connected. Recruiter might schedule the interview but the interviewers wants something different and you face a stigmatic rejection and now you cannot apply anymore.
