easy 2 step process explained clearly all expectations and next steps, recruiters very pleasant making the process comfortable and it was not too long or too many interviews to go through.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Miami, FL) in Feb 2022
Interview
The first step after applying was being contacted by sourcing recruiter, who asked me to complete an assessment (1 hour long on workplace scenario). Second, I was asked to respond in STAR interview format to additional questions (some of which are evident in resume). After passing the assessment, I was asked to provide interview availability. Third step was to joining a group/coffee chat and learn about the position, field you would be interviewing for, compensation structure and Amazon's 16 leadership principles; this was to be completed before the phone interview (which was supposed to be a screening), so it was interview prep. My phone interviewer arrived late, lost connection, spoke with and giggled with someone else during my interview.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to dig deep, find the root cause, and focus on the right things. What was the outcome and would you change anything that you did?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I had an initial call with a recruiter, then another call with the recruiter with some follow-up questions and answers to my organization questions, followed by initial call with the hiring manager. Good questions, not the right fit for me.
