I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Apr 2017
Interview
Initial interview, tour, second interview. Straight forward, no suprises. Behavior based. Review their core values prior to interview. The questions are scenario based. The first interview is recorded, you can review and reaccomplish. The final interview is with multiple individuals, each interviews you separately.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
