Das Gespräch war sehr unangenehm. Der Interviewer war sehr arrogant. Das ganze Prozess war unmenschlich: No kennenlernen oder persönliche Fragen, sondern direkt Case Study usw. Die Unternehmenskultur ist sehr amerikanisch. Man fühlt sich nicht einfach so wohl.

Terrible, long process spent with a lot of preperation and arbitrary work. inteview questions devoid of human interaction design to get very granular in nature. Great company with great pay, I get why its so hard, but super frustating dedicating weeks to the process to ultimately be told no.

It was in rounds... people kept getting selected and rejected and then there were some who just kept moving up rounds. Someone was selected after the 1st round and i was rejected after 4.
