I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon in Apr 2010
Interview
Had one interview with the Kindle manager. He gave a backgrond about him and asked me to talk about myself. Based on what I spoke about my strengths and passions he asked me for my areas of imporovemnets which I feel I can do better. It was all situational questions - there is no right or wrong answer, it all depends on how you present it with data points.

Interview
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
