Interview
The interview focused on AWS Principles, and included technical deep dive, disucssion with an Account Executive, and a presentation of 45 mins. Interview process lasted 6 hours total with a 1 hour break. Team was very friendly.

Relate all experiences through the leadership principles. They stated this ahead of time as well, and the expectations were different from other interview processes, but they were very clear and accurate to what they said they wanted.

Although I didn't pass the interview, I had a positive overall experience. The interview process was well organized, and the instructions were clear and informative. I appreciated the transparency throughout the process, which helped me prepare effectively for the interview.

Interview
You do 4 back to back interview in 1 day. It was exhausting. Besides that really appreciated the recruiter giving out interview prep before it takes place. The good thing is there is no coding round.
