Long process, divided into several steps.
First with HR, and the others with all people in the relevant department and beyond. Last step consisting of 6 interviews in one day, somewhat heavy, based on STAR method and Amazon principles. Many case studies to go through.

Terrible, long process spent with a lot of preperation and arbitrary work. inteview questions devoid of human interaction design to get very granular in nature. Great company with great pay, I get why its so hard, but super frustating dedicating weeks to the process to ultimately be told no.

It was in rounds... people kept getting selected and rejected and then there were some who just kept moving up rounds. Someone was selected after the 1st round and i was rejected after 4.
