I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxemburgo) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted of three distinct rounds: Preliminary Survey: This was the initial stage where I filled out a detailed questionnaire. It helped in gauge my suitability for the role and understanding my perspectives. HireView Session: After a significant gap following the survey, I underwent a HireView interview. This was a comprehensive assessment of my skills and compatibility with the role. The waiting period between the survey and this session was a bit prolonged, but it gave me ample time to prepare. Panel Discussions (2 sessions): The final phase was two panel discussions where I engaged with multiple team members. They assessed my knowledge, team-fit, and problem-solving capabilities. Overall, the process was efficient and swift, with the only extended wait being between the survey and HireView session.

Question 1
Describe a time when you went above and beyond to meet a customer's needs. What motivated you to do so? Give an example of a project or task that you took full ownership of. What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them?
First I passed the assessment its not an easy one, next step is phone screen 1 hour interview, my recruiter shared helpful information; connect 12 LP's to your work examples using a STAR method, 2-3 examples per LP.
Process was relatively straight forward, I didn’t make it to the loop. What I can tell you is the recruiter will be overly excited about you as they are with all candidates. They’ll tell you, you can expect to hear back in two days for feedback. Truth is, if they reject you then you will not hear back within 2 days it will be more like a week. Silence means you aren’t getting the job, they’re very binary.

Good interview, reached the marathon loop of interviews. It was intense and quite focused on STAR stories obviously. Got some nice feedbacks as well to improve in case I managed to get another interview in a few months
