Interview
It is a multiple stage interview. The first stage is to complete a coding assessment that contains like 2 or 3 questions under a time limit. Secondly, is the video call where you have to code in a video interview with a another software developer and explain your solution to them.

HR interview, then I had 1 45 minute coding round with 10 minutes behavioral and 35 minutes coding. Behavioral round was typical star format questions probing at leadership principles. Ex. Tell me about a time you took initiative and it didn’t work out.
