Interview
Called to a hiring event shortly after applying online. Leads to one of the lunch rooms where multiple managers were stationed interviewing candidates for the job. After interview was lead to a room and told I had the job and then shown a brief presentation regarding working at the facility that would eventually be expanded on during the orientation down the road.

What are some examples where you went above and beyond what was expected?
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.
Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
Very simple and straight forward. Drug Test and Valid ID. Very few forms to to complete and a very short waiting time. The staff was very professional and efficient. Helped you with any questions or parts that you were unsure about.
