Interview
An initial hackerrank-esque test is given, then depending on your performance, at least two interviews are given. Questions are decently difficult, but the questions are usually leetcode questions, ranging from easy to hard.

What interests you about software development and what would you bring to our company?
HR interview, then I had 1 45 minute coding round with 10 minutes behavioral and 35 minutes coding. Behavioral round was typical star format questions probing at leadership principles. Ex. Tell me about a time you took initiative and it didn’t work out.
