Entrevista que consiste en 3 partes diferentes.
Una primera entrevista teléfonica con la webcam, grabandote frente a la camara.
Una segunda entrevista situacional donde simulan el día a día y evalúan como actuarías.
Un tercer panel de entrevistas donde 3 personas distintas te entrevistan.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
