I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2025
Interview
Terrible experience, everything is superficial. Interviewers are basically just reading from a script and expect you to read from a script as well using the STAR method. One of the interviewers were super mean as well. The loop interview is 4 hours of the same thing over and over again, they don't actually care about you, they just want you to hit their checkboxes for you to get the job.

That moment when the interviewer asked about finding indices in an array for a target sum was wild — I had just tackled something identical while prepping on PracHub. The interview included a technical round with another question about designing an in-memory LRU cache and a behavioral question about meeting tight deadlines. After a smooth discussion, I was told I'd received an offer, which I happily accepted. Overall, the process felt pretty straightforward and not overly challenging.
