I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was typical 1st round with Recruiter and then 1st Telephonic round with the TPM. Overall experience was not good as the Interviewer seems was not interested in u as a candidate having said that i dont know why they call the candidate. The reason i meantioned is because you need to feel comfortable with the interviewer which was not in my case.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2020
Interview
The process is good and it gives one a lot of learning however the interviewers determine your chance . I had one egoistic person interviewing me who had rasict comments . The fact that I was from a relatively small company and from a certain country bothered her. I was appalled by the comments she made and I knew even if I made it to the company I was declining the offer from a
company wheree people like her worked. So amazon years in your company does not mean you can let anyone interview . What a shame! Pathetic experiene
