Interview
Pretty straightforward process, couple of phone rounds and then a full day interview at Amazon, Seattle. Interview questions are primarily start around leadership principles but interviewers keep double clicking on the answers. Design questions on real time problems and finally new product challenges. I loved the converstaions

Interview
I applied through a reference. Just within couple days, got called for an on-site interview. Scheduled to meet the group director, product manager, 2 dev managers. Very good experience in terms of questions asked and interaction. They made me comfortable and gave me ample opportunities to ask questions.. was equally an opportunity for me to interview them to learn more about Amazon and the group.
I just met 3 people. I have to see what the next steps will be and if I will be called back in or not

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied thru Amazon jobs portal. Recruiter was prompt and very responsive. Had one 1 hour phone screen with Principal TPM and was invited for onsite interviews. Onsite interviews were focused on leadership principals and behavioral. Was asked to submit a 4 page write up on a business scenario before the interview.
My suggestions:
- prepare well on the leadership principals
- take your time to set a date for the onsite interviews
