Amazon Sr. TPM interview questions

I had 2 phone screens - one by HM and peer. Then the whole loop with 5 interviews. Had a good experience and split loop into two consecutive days. End of the interview was fully drained.

There will min of 4 - 5round of interview for TPM Org. Including Amazon business values and Technical round for TPM. Mostly have to describe the pervious tech project which align with Ownership and handling multi team/org projects. Interview process is mostly on program management nor project management.
