I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was really simple; however, questions from the interviewer don't tell exactly what they are looking for. You need to google, watch youtube or pay someone to train you to say what the interviewer want to hear
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a project where you didn't complete the milestone.
Messy process, mismanagement all around. Interview Coordinator couldn't do one job he had right. Wrong timezone and day leading to several cancellations. When finally got to the interview the interviewer was in annoyed mood like he was being forced to do it and just wanted to get over with.

Question 1
The most significant project you have managed in your career and then kept digging into further questions about it.
The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Austin, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Recruiter call followed by hiring manager followed by virtual onsite loop (5 rounds). I applied for TPM role but was recommended for PMT by hiring manager and loop interviews were conducted accordingly. I was told by recruiter that there won't be any system design in PMT Loop which was misleading as there was a technical round and was asked random technical questions. Overall they came back and offered me non tech PgM role or additional rounds to qualify for tech. I chose later and cleared it. Overall very well structured interviews. Take guidance from recruiter on which leadership principles to prepare. Create 2-3 stories per LP. Some questions will force you to use the sake story but try not to repeat more than twice the same story. Take pauses in your answers to ensure you are on track or if they have any questions before going too deep. For TPM, focus on your prior projects end to end design, tradeoffs, technology stack, technical challenges you helped in resolving, protect retro( ex-what could have been done differently), what alternatives did you consider, program management aspects, how you handled risks, escalations, stakeholder alignment, cross functional teams collaboration, etc. Use data where possible, ensure to call out the impact /result of project you delivered
