I did 4-5 steps of interview took 5-6 weeks. Latest step is panel interview with 4 people, one from another for a full day. Process is very long, you need to spend to much time but was professional until the final part. Finally they called me and said I was successfull but the other candidate has finished the interview process before me and offered. So they offered me to have a look into open jobs and tell them. From that point they all ghosted me anyime I reach out to TA team to remind their support offer.
