The interview process is pretty straight forward and moves along quickly beginning with a recruiter and moving on to the hiring manager. If you've progressed you'll be handed over to another recruiter in preparation for the final volley of interviews. This is between 5 - 7 different Amazonian's asking questions pertinent to the job role within the context of the leadership principles. I was also asked to submit a writing sample
