Amazon Senior Financial Analyst interview questions

Phone screen followed by onsite interview. Everything was very quick and professional. They had lots of great feedback after the initial interview. They also helped prepare me for the interview. They definitely want you to succeed and do your best.

Phone interview - very structured (boxed, rigid ) surprising for a company wanting to be known for innovation I asked the hiring manager if he’d changed how the team worked together since COVID - he made it sound like it was business as usually, that really seemed a bit contrived His answers to my questions felt rehearsed and not at all genuine Received call back for in- person, honestly turned off by the process — just not honest or genuine, not at all what I’d expected for amazon . Interviewer made it sound like I should be honored to be selected and the candidates are just a dime a dozen so they certainly didn’t need me My opinion - there loss not mine
