Amazon Senior Financial Analyst interview questions

The entire process consisted of three rounds of interviews: an HR round, followed by a Manager Interview, and finally, a panel interview. The interviews were mostly focused on the resume and projects worked on during the previous and current job positions.

Absolutely atrocious process. Why do you need me to attend 6 straight interviews for a Senior financial analyst, where you just pay 125k with 5 days RTO and want me to obsess over the leadership principles, when they are not interested in following it yourself and make it toxic? During the hiring manager interview, the interviewer joined 10 minutes late, was uninterested throughout the interview, midway through the interview he left the call for 5 mins because his "laptop died" and just gave me 5 mins to ask questions about the role in the end. Absolutely atrocious process.
