Amazon Senior Financial Analyst interview questions

Overall difficult behavioral questions. Also was asked if a monthly amazon subscription was a good idea and how I would create a budget and a business plan for rolling it out. I didn't get the job due to lack of experience for the position.

Stage 1 - phone interview with HR Stage 2 - phone interview with hiring manager Stage 3 - whole day of interviewing with five people separately Company line - we do not give feedback Stages 1 & 2 were the usual type of thing. Stage 3 was strange. Not organised when I arrived and after a long wait I got placed in the nurses room. One person spent the whole time talking about them self rather then interviewing me. Another person seemed like they had never interviewed and had not been given guidance on how to do it or what to ask. A third person plainly wasn't interested in being there and made it known. Other two people were actually fine.
