Amazon Senior Software Development Engineer interview questions

Response for the online application was prompt. I received an online coding challenge. After almost a week of submission I received a response with an invitation for technical phone screening interview with one of Amazon's manager. There were guidelines on how to prepare for the interview keeping in mind the Amazon's "Leadership Principles". The phone interview was more behavioral. It seemed to have gone fine but after 2 days I received a NO with no feedback on what I can improve or what went wrong.

One recruiter at Amazon reached me and asked to apply to a job on their internal job site! They called me, and had a 2 minutes info sharing about the job.. I applied, then they send me an email, for time availability Then they arranged a ONE:ONE meeting online..
