I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2018
Interview
Stringent, through, and there are several formats. The standard format is a 5 interview with 4 remote and at least 1 onsite if possible. My experience is through a hiring blitz event which is a day long interview of 5 interviews back to back.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Long and tedious, takes way too much time. Spent about 30 hours of prep and actual interview time. Also, some of the interviewers were unprepared. Seemed like they were just reading from a script. Process seems very mechanical and detached as the interviewers are typing away most of the time.

Question 1
Leaders need to think of themselves as owners of what they do. Every action they take, both big and small, reflects on the company in some way. describe a time you developed a new approach.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Jul 2022
Interview
Applied online, contacted by recruiter two week afterwards to set up interview online. Then recruiter called to inform me with interview details and process.
Then panel video interview after a week with peers. They will let you know after two days whether you get move forward to the loop interview. Honestly, my recruiter failed at explaining the interview process. What he described was totally different from the actual interview. Also, purely judging someone's capability with behavioral questions is just a terrible way of hiring. No wonder people say the turnover rate is really high at Amazon.
