Interview
Prepare 12-30 stories in total, focusing on quality over quantity. Aim for 8-10 strong stories if limited and include examples of both successes and failures or challenges you overcame.
Many stories can demonstrate multiple leadership principles, so having a versatile pool of examples is useful.
The most commonly addressed principles include Customer Obsession, Ownership, Deliver Results, Bias for Action, and Dive Deep—these are easier to demonstrate and likely to come up multiple times.
