Interview
I was contacted by a recruiting agency for this position. The first initial interview with recruiter went ok. I had mentioned that I want to apply for a Manager position, not an IC, but so far do not have people management experience. They said its ok. Then I had another discussion interview with one of the other managers talking about project, and "selling" amazon. They also asked a few detailed question about my current experience.
Then there was 3rd technical phone interview. I was give one design problem, and I tried my best to solve it. I had a feeling it did not go so well. Then there was nothing, no communication back. After 2 weeks I assumed they decided to pass.
