Amazon UX Designer interview questions

I interviewed at Amazon and while the process was structured, I found the experience to be a waste of time as a non-Indian candidate. The interviewer was Indian, and based on the interaction, it felt like there was an underlying bias or lack of openness to different backgrounds. This seems to be a recurring pattern, and I think it’s important for Amazon to ensure more inclusive and balanced interview experiences.

The process is centred around STAR method and amazon's leadership principles. they'll expect you to answer your previoys experiences in a way that it is defined by situation,task,action and result id defined clearly in your answer.
