You come in get your paperwork and drug test done. Then get your start date. No real interview, basically if you get called to come in for an interview then you are just coming in to do paperwork no formal interview process.

There was no interview process. You apply for what shift you want and what day you go in to do your drug test and turn in your documents to prove that you're allowed to work in the United States.
