Do lots of Leetcode practice to be prepared, also make sure you practice answering questions about yourself with another person. Interview difficulty probably varies on the interviewer, but mine was friendly and didn't ask anything too tricky. When coding for the live interview, you are not able to compile any code, so practice doing medium Leetcode problems without compiling and going through the code by hand.
