1. I sent my resume to one of the recruiting agencies. After some time I received a phone call from them asking if I'm interesting in joining Amdocs. I asked to send me all details about company. After checking it I replied in email that I'm interested and about my next steps.
2. I was invited for technical interview, which was in a test form. I've got several sheets of paper with questions in several areas of expertise, like Unix, Java, C, RDBMS.
3. After some time I was asked to come again to meet project manager. We talked about general themes and agreed on when I can start working.
4. Formal job offer I received in a month after I actually started to work.
