After submission of my application for Software Engineer, I got a test mail first after 2 months (I had even forgotten I had applied). After clearing the written test I got an interview for Operations Executive! Where I was asked about my skills for management and organisation. After certain calls when it was clarified that I had applied for software engineer role then I had another interview based on C++, Networking and Cloud Computing. Which went very smoothly. Later I had another HR round when I was told about the role and package.
