Recruiter call 2hr Codility test Engineering manager call - 1/2 hour 1 & 1/2 hour live coding interview & technical Q/A People were very pleasant. But felt the process was too lengthy and repetitive. Also not enough time for candidates to ask questions. Felt more preparation could be given to candidates - e.g. ensure your local development environment was setup. Eventually I decided to drop out of the process due to lack of clarity around the role applied for and felt there was little growth opportunity
