People were very pleasant. But felt the process was too lengthy and repetitive. Also not enough time for candidates to ask questions.
Felt more preparation could be given to candidates - e.g. ensure your local development environment was setup.
Eventually I decided to drop out of the process due to lack of clarity around the role applied for and felt there was little growth opportunity

The interview was comprised of a 30 minute behavioral interview followed by a 45 minute coding interview. Received an offer a few days after the first round. I was surprised to get an offer so quickly and after only 1 round. I declined for a different offer in a more preferable location

There was a 30 minute behavioral interview followed by a 30 minute technical interview. The behavioral interview was a bombardment of "tell me about a time"s, the technical interview was basic statistics questions.

Technical interview asked questions like "is correlation the same as causation" and "what does it mean if there is 0 correlation"
