Had an HR Phone Interview round. Followed by an in-person interview for about 2 hours for a technical and behavioural round. I feel like the company looks more for the technical skills vs soft skills. Anyone can acquire technical skills but it is hard to acquire soft skills, that describes the person you are and how would you fit in a team/company.

Interview was easy. Just asked basic algorithm question and data structure related question.
If you know basic programming. Easy to succeed. Just review data structures like hashtable, stack,queue etc. Also review some basic algorithmic thinking like sorting

i applied online then got an online test to do in any language which quite challenging. After that i was invited for the assessment centre. Assessment centre was in brighton and their amazing building.
