Interview Process is really good, they look for logical reasoning and analytical skills rather than bookish knowledge on technology. Had a technical interview with basic questions, and then a full fledged interview on the technology that I am applying for. next 1:1 interview at onsite on Resume and cognitive skills

Interview
Amex had an info session at my college campus where they told us everything about Amex, right from their work culture to the kind of challenges they face in serving a huge customer base. I had a coding challenge which involved solving 2 questions in 20 minutes. I was able to solve 1 question completely while the 2nd one was halfway there. The questions were not very tough due to the short time period.
I had a second round wherein I interviewed with the Tech Delivery Lead. It was a 45 minute technical interview. I was asked to explain my academic projects and work experience in detail.
