Applied online through job platform, after few days their sourcer reached out and asked several question in offline format. He than scheduled an interview with a recruiter in few days. They now testing their AI on interviews, so they will ask to record the meeting, After that with no message or announcement i was silently scheduled a next interview with Project Manager Expert. After that recruiter came back in few days and offered me half of what my salary expectations was that i shared with their sourcer. I politely declined to what recruiter never replied to me.
