It was terrible. It is not clear why they asked questions about testing in English, and demanded an answer in English, although this has nothing to do with real work. They looked at me contemptuously. In short, very annoying.

1. HR screening (40min): what do you know about company; about your Technical stack; financial expectations; why do you change the job; why are you interested in this position; your availability and notice period; what requirements from job description you have no experience
2. AI technical screening: 20 questions, 5min per question: branging strategy; API test strategy; test data management; mock vs. stub in unit testing; OOP in Python; Locust vs. JMeter; CI/CD; handling authentication and session by requests lib.
