The whole process took around two weeks, but could be faster.

4) write sql query to count an amount of users in a table qith a given condition;
5) OOP;
6) design patterns;
7) Spring annotations.

Went well. Asked questions via skype. If you fail, there will be chance to retake after 2 months. And they provide study plan where it explains required topics for the interview

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin saying that " based on my experience and profile, I would be a great fit for an opportunity at their company". Then I was scheduled for an English test and a couple of days later I had a video interview with another recruiter.
The interview was ok, no tricky or unexpected questions. In fact I believe it was great, and I was told at the end of the interview that they would let me know within a week. 10 days later, I received an email from the recruiter saying "my experince didn't match the job description perfectly" and that they went with other candidate for the job. I was flabbergasted by this, I mean I have 12 years of experience in sales account management in tech companies so I don't need anyone's recognition on my experience. So one recruiter offers me the job saying " I have and ideal profile for the role" so that the other recruiter can tell me " my experience doesn't quite match the job description"?!
If this doesn't tell you what to expect, then I don't know what will...
