Nice interview with clear instructions and questions. The interview process was remote so it was a fairly not pressuring. If the applicant has prepared for an interview with enough dedication i dont see any reason why one wouldn’t pass

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen Lab (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Multi-round interview process, which was very standard and professional up until my final interview. The CCO joined for this round, completely changed the role play ask I had prepared for (to one that was in no way real-world applicable) and was disinterested during the call. I was not shocked to not receive an offer, and after checking out his LinkedIn, I was glad I didn't.
