Firstly there is a preplacement talk where they talk about the company and job role.
First round was apty,(quants, verbal, and some input/output questions) it was okay.
Next was group discussion , situation based with 5-6 people at a time.
Lastly interview.

Question 1
Linear regression, projects, why do you think you are apt for the job
I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Apr 2020
Interview
I think I speak for a large portion of the reviewers in saying that ABI’s recruitment process is incredibly clumsy and unprofessional. Before I went through the process, I was in shock reading the number of reviews in which candidates dealt with a terrible recruitment team or simply left hanging. I was nervous but still went through with the process, hoping to be an anomaly. I did well, getting to the final interview for a ABI Beyond Beer brand. I took significant time out of my work day, studied for the interviews, and did my research to do well. After I had my final interview, the team said that would reach back after the weekend. It’s been around a month and absolutely no word back. I have reached out the recruiter as well as the team. Honestly I don’t care if I got the job, I would just have expected the decency of a call back. I understand times are weird right now for the job market but there are no excuses for a corporation like ABI to operate so ineffectively. It makes me feel extremely fortunate to have found this out now, and I urge others to please reconsider before spending your time applying or making an effort for this company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Nova Deli) in May 2019
Interview
After waiting for 3.5 hours got the call for 1st round of discussion. The interviewer came and 1st interaction was like " we are looking for someone who can help us in building this.. this.. this and this. Tell me what you can contribute and what have you done so far." Just 5 mins of conversation and the interview was over.
This was really a frustrating one.
One advice to the hiring management - Shortlist the profiles based on your requirement not something randomly. Don't waste candidate's time.
