4 Interviews - Two Behavioral Phone Interviews, 1 Four Hour Case/Behavioral In person Interview, 1 Group Panel Interview with global exec.
The Case has no focus and according to my peers is used for Finance, Marketing, and Logistics. Basically, you can focus on a variety of problems, but you need to understand all the problems in the case. You have an hour with the case and then you'll be grilled by 2 staff members on the case. One of these interviewers will be from the department that they think you fit in and the other will be from HR (People). There questions will be hard and blunt, but logical and so long that you are confident in your answers you will be fine. They will push on the parts of the case that you didn't focus on as well. Finally, if you do not let people go in your solution, they will press you on why you didn't. It's not a good or bad thing, but just make sure you have an answer ready.
After the case, you will have 2 people do essentially the same behavioural interview you had over the phone. One will be from a random department, the other from HR (people)
The panel interview is with the head of each division for that region. It is a group interview and will likely be with your fellow colleagues. Anything is fair game, your resume, your extracurricular, your view on your peers. It's a hostile interview, they will press you and see how deep your thoughts are on each of your answers.
