I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Apple (Lynnwood, WA) in Aug 2008
Interview
I sat down in my interview with Kelley and was very warmly welcomed. He actually looked at my resume and asked questions about other places i worked as well as their preorganized questions. A lot of times he would be surprised by my answers and we would carry on a conversation about them for a few minutes. I only went through the 1 interview, but everyone around me seemed really nice and friendly.

The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Apple (Denver, CO) in Apr 2008
Interview
When I first got the call from the Cherry Creek Apple Store in Denver Colorado, I was told about the job I'd applied for. The basics of the job. I talked on the phone with them for about 30 minutes, as they asked a few broad questions; Did I think I was a fit for the job they'd just described, How many years of retail and customer service experience did I have, questions like that. I was then told that they wanted a one on one interview.
When I went in for that interview, I had about a ten minute wait, in which I was instructed to walk around and watch how the store moved. When we finally sat down, they asked me what I noticed first. It was definitely the customer service that caught my eye. Anyone who's been into an Apple store knows that it's chaotic, but through the chaos, all of the employees tend to be laughing or smiling. That's what I noticed. The people who interviewed me joked, and laughed with me. All together, the interview was super chill, laid back, but I ended up getting the job!
