Interview
Individual calls with a sourcer and a recruiter. Both calls were conversational and light. I was surprised by the sourcer's use of profanity during our call - not professional, but it also wasn't too egregious. Met with the recruiter and was told they would contact me the following week to schedule a remote interview to review a case study that had nothing to do with the role I was interviewing for. The week went by without being contacted. Then I received an email from the recruiter letting me know that they would proceed with other candidates.

Question 1
Between both calls, I probably received 2-3 real questions that dealt with past experience.
