I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Intuition in Nov 2024
Interview
I accepted an initial recruiter call to discuss the job. Then I did a take home coding assessment. After that, I completed a 1 hour coding interview with two members from Applied Intuition. I am hoping to hear back with next steps.
Very unprofessional, rushed, and disorganized.
First they rescheduled the night before and then the recruiter was ten minutes with no explanation on the new date. Finally she texts me from her personal(?) phone saying "hey its [name] running a few minutes late" in a very informal manner.
Then she was really rushed throughout the interview and didn't bother asking me a single question before sending me a generic rejection template the next day.
Needless to say, I did not get a good impression.
I interviewed at Applied Intuition (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
Recruiter phone screen followed by one technical phone screen. Virtual onsite that starts with a group introduction followed by 4 technical interviews. Final leads chat with 2 engineering managers which can be in-person.
