I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Intuition in Jun 2024
Interview
Had 3 rounds with agency/VC fund recruiters before I spoke with someone from the Applied Intuition team. Hiring manager and first onsite round were very standard. Meet with the team, pitching skills, project management test, sourcing test, and closing abilities.
The final round is where things got confusing - the two managers of the teams would dig into every single decision of your life. It seemed to be more of a interrogation, as much as they said it wasn't supposed to be.
