Apply online via homepage and got a call from HR few days later. Short phone interview to discuss my motivation, background and skills for the role. Was then invited for an on-site interview in their London office one week later. However, I declined because company is unwilling to provide any interview reimbursement. That is too much of a risk for a first round interview. The pay for the role is 28,500 GBP.

Started with a screening call followed by a testing and then interviews with the hiring committee. The team was friendly and transparent about the role’s expectations and growth opportunities. Overall engaging and insightful experience.

Screening with TA, testing, VC with hiring manager then F2F in office.
Testing was on amazon workspace, around 100 minutes and completed at home, VC with HM as they were based overseas before being invited to office for final round.

Initial interview with HR representative. After that was called in for Assessment and interview with the team including manager of the relevant desk. Essays summary some basic calculations not very difficult overall but was timed and overseen by HR.
