Interview
Assessments were relatively straight forward and easy going. Interview process not so; I was interviewed by two editors neither of which were very welcoming or helpful. The general atmosphere of the offices was pretty hostile.
Started with a screening call followed by a testing and then interviews with the hiring committee. The team was friendly and transparent about the role’s expectations and growth opportunities. Overall engaging and insightful experience.

Screening with TA, testing, VC with hiring manager then F2F in office.
Testing was on amazon workspace, around 100 minutes and completed at home, VC with HM as they were based overseas before being invited to office for final round.

Initial interview with HR representative. After that was called in for Assessment and interview with the team including manager of the relevant desk. Essays summary some basic calculations not very difficult overall but was timed and overseen by HR.
